Did The Government Really Give Away The 'Yosemite' Trademark?

Two of my very favorite things have just crossed paths: trademarks and America’s national parks. Yellowstone is known for its seismic activity, but Yosemite may be outdoing its rival park with groundbreaking developments regarding several trademarks. Yosemite is not only the land of El Capitan, the Tioga Pass, and the Sequoia Grove; it is a breeding ground for an education in trademark rights.
